    <description>&lt;P&gt;My company purchased the Visual Fortran XE Composer compiler back in 2011. &amp;nbsp;When it was purchased, the purchaser did not set up any administrator for our subscriptions. &amp;nbsp;A developer has left the company and we need to transfer the license registered to him to one our current developers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Christopher,&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;We have recently added a new feature for license transfer.&amp;nbsp; If you are transferring the license to someone in the same email domain, the new owner can register the license, and the license will be transferred.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Does this work for your situation, or will you need us to transfer the license for you?&lt;/P&gt;
