Problem installing MKL update

I have been trying to install the MKL 2017 Update 1 using Intel software manager. It gets all the way to the end, and I get a message:

The following applications should be closed before continuing the install:

- Dell SecureWorks Red Cloak

The program in question is deployed by our IT department. I don't have the capability to close or disable it. Are there any work-arounds that I can try without bringing corporate IT in to help?

Dear customer,

The red cloak probably should be used for detecting cyber-intrusions. If you are using Intel software manager that means you may install online, I recommend you try to download the whole package of MKL from Intel register center and install locally.
