The SN registered to your email is for floating license. That license is missing server/host data needed for license file:

Please follow steps listed in this article to update server/host data:

the problem is that the page: https://registrationcenter.intel.com/en/products/ showing my serial number says that only the administrator may perform this operation.

Why am i not the administrator of my product?

You are set as a User. Are you able to ask the license owner to set you as an Admin for that license? Another option is to transfer license to you.

I could help you to create the license file if you provide server/host info via private message (use Send Author a Message link)
