Forum Bug: Quotation Marks When Uploading Media Titles/Alt-Texts

Hi,

Consider this image of a red square:

I've set the alt-text to be "some normal alt-text" and the title text to be "some normal title text". Now, watch what happens if I add quotation marks ("\"some quoted alt-text\"", "\"some quoted title text\") before uploading:

It looks okay in the editor, but it seems to show the bracketed forum code on the actual post.
