Read HDMI CEC from TV using Intel NUC

Hello:

I am developing a CEC compatible application written in C#/.NET for windows, oriented to product sales. I would like to know if there is any way to capture the CEC messages from the television from my code and if there are any examples. I have in mind that I should use one of the following products:

But I have to know if it is possible to capture these CEC messages.

Can anyone help me?
