vtss.sys is not signed, Parallel Studio 2017 Update 4 install fails

I installed Parallel Studio 2017 Update 4.

vtss.sys and sampling enabling product.sys were both unsigned and did not install.

Then, when I try to run an analysis, I get complaints from Parallel Studio, as I would expect, that drivers are missing.

How to fix?

Did you uninstall your eval version before installing?
