Intel Parallel Studio XE Cluster Edition for Linux License Issue

I'm sure this is the wrong place for this, but the premier support site refuses to let me submit a ticket and catches me in an eternal registration loop and I have been unable to find a forum on license issues.

I work for a company that has a license for the Intel Parallel Studio up until 2019 and a need to install the product on a closed network. However, when I attempt the install the product using the license provided it fails saying that the license is not valid.
