FPGA Network Partner

I don't know where to write so please forward to suitable section.

I've send request via support in account options but it was closed without any explanation.

Our company filed to become FPGA Network Partner and we received approval in October 2019. We'd like to be listed on Intel website and get other options of Partner status if they exist. I can't find any such options in account and no info on website. Also I've heard about upcoming changes in FPGA Network program from our partners who are also members. So please provide me comprehensive info about member options.
