Intel power gadget won't start

I'm trying to run Intel power gadget on a new Win 10 with an i9-10900k. I've tried both the 3.0 and 3.5 versions of power gadget, they install without error, and I have .Net and Visual C++ installed. However, when I try to launch the executable for power gadget the program does not launch.

I've attached a summary from CPU-Z if that would be helpful. I'm wondering if the new i9 desktops are not supported, or need a newer version than 3.5.9?
