      <title>Cannot access game from master key</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know this isn't the right category to ask this but I cannot find any other category which suits this subject. Actually, I just made an account specifically for this because I do not get any response on my customer support report.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, I bought a i7 8700k. As a gift I received a master key for Black Ops 4. However, I cannot acces my game anymore.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To explain, I entered the master key and I saw Black Ops 4. Then, I pressed download en got redirected to the bottom of the page which explained the instruction of installing this game. One of the instructions was to press "Redeem code". However, I never did this and I never "downloaded" the game. I just pressed download, got redirected and closed the tab because I didn't want to download it yet. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I cannot see my game, Black Ops 4, anymore when I enter the master key again. Now I only see 6-7 other programmes I can download as a "thank you". &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In conclusion, how can I access my game again?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The site from which I entered the mastery key is: &lt;A href="https://softwareoffer.intel.com/Redeem/Apps"&gt;https://softwareoffer.intel.com/Redeem/Apps&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With kind regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Timon Nguyen&lt;/P&gt;</description>
