Hello:
I have an HP mini netbook, and I am trying to get 1024x576 resolution. I was following the directions in this article
http://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/showthread.php?t=56423
and also reviewd this one
http://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/custom-resolutions-on-intel-graphics

I got the new entry into my registry, but nothing I still can't get the desired resolution. It does not show up in either Display properties, nor the Intel control panel. Should it?

Another question: using the DTD calculator, I started from the native resolution, which in my case is 1366x786. I took all the numbers listed there (beginning sync, end syng, blink), substracted one from another, and used these results to add to the desired resulution of 1024x576 to get the new beg. sync, end sync and blink. Is this the correct way to proceed?

Thank you all!

ps. I just found this article:
http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-029478.htm
How do I enable custom modes for the HP Mini 5101?
