14.25.50 = 6.14.10.4764

Don't know why the update tool is confused, but it looks like you have the right driver installed.

its confused because 6.14.10.4764 is the versioning the os uses from the installer
but he is correct 4764 is 14.25.50

Hi, I have used http://support.intel.com/support/graphics/detect.htmto determine that I need a driver update, it says

Current Driver Installed

6.14.10.4764

and the

Newer Driver Available:

14.25.50

When I download and install it (win2k_xp142550.exe), I get no errors, but when I come back and "detect" again, there is no change. So I followed the "MANUAL "HAVE-DISK" INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS" (utilizing the zip file -- win2k_xp142550.zip)and looks like it works also, but the "detect" shows no changes.

Why isn't this update working? Any suggestions on what is occuring or I am doing wrong? I am running WinXP Professional SP2.

Thank you very much.
