We checked with the engineering team responsible for this technology, and learned that currently Intel does not provide tools to read QST health data from DOS. As a note, however, BIOS does have access to the QST sub-system during POST and, if implemented, can display QST health data under BIOS setup.

They arelooking into the possibility of developing a mini-SDK that can help system developers to develop hostsoftware that can read QST health data from DOS. We would be happy to forward any feedback or feature requests related to this -- let us know what you think.
