In the net, there exist many alternate for open source Divx Codec.. But till now I can't found the one which work as good as for me..

The free XviD 1.1.3 can be used in place of DivX in practially all cases:

I can hardly image XviD does not meet your requirements. But in case you don't like it. The libavcodec based FFDShow tryouts beta 4 is the second best choice:
