Will different SPID get the same Attestation Report Signing Certificate?

I am working on a project about SGX remote attestation. And now, I need to figure out whether different SPIDs will get the same Attestation Report Signing Certificate, or in other words, whether every SPID will get a specific Attestation Report Signing Certificate. But currently I just have only one SPID, so I cannot verify it by myself now. Can anyone help me? or Can anyone show me the Attestation Report Signing Certificate that he/she got when querying IAS service?

In my opinion, all of SPIDs share the same attestation Report signing certificate. And the attestation Report Signing Certificate is published in Intel Develop Zone SGX project.
