&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That's how it is supposed to be.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When you get status 200 OK there are two possible cases: SigRL exists or SigRL doesn't exist. If SigRL exists then the Base 64-encoded SigRL will be in body. If SigRL doesn't exist then the body will be empty.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
