There is no perfect guide for learning SGX coding.

I recommend reading the SGX Developer Reference Guide: https://download.01.org/intel-sgx/sgx-linux/2.16/docs/Intel_SGX_Developer_Reference_Linux_2.16_Open_Source.pdf

SGX101 has a good Hello World Example: http://www.sgx101.com/portfolio/enclave_example/
