PCKIDRetrievalTool failed and Intel PCS server returns error(404)

I have tried https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/articles/guide/intel-software-guard-extensions-data-center-attestation-primitives-quick-install-guide.html , everything was ok before I ran PCKIDRetrievalTool.

$ sudo PCKIDRetrievalTool

Hi,

Update the BIOS on the system to the most recent BIOS available from the OEM to make the trusted computing base current.

Please contact the OEM for any information about the BIOS.
