Can't generate API key for PCCS

Hello,

I am trying to make remote attestation work, but I have a problem with the product page. It appears to do nothing when I try to select certificates besides changing the page location after `#`. The submit button also seems to do nothing, I looked for errors in the browser console, but nothing gets logged. When I reload the page, after selecting something, I get a blank one with a "This product doesn't have APIs" message. I remember using the same page in February this year and it worked.

I would like to know how to get an API key, since following the guide no longer works.
