PCKIDRetrievalTool verify faild in host

Hi,

when i run PCKIDRetrievalTool to register my machine from pccs, in pccs log, it shows the pcs just retrun a code 404, and there is no other detail info , so i have no idea how to debug this problem,

my system os is :

Linux version 4.19.91-26.an8.x86_64 (mockbuild@anolis-build-01.openanolis.cn) (gcc version 8.5.0 20210514 (Anolis 8.5.0-10.0.1) (GCC)) #1 SMP Tue May 24 13:10:09 CST 2022

and i just get two device:

crw-rw---- 1 root sgx_prv 10, 61 9月 5 14:01 /dev/sgx_provision
