&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The platform manifest (which one of the warnings/errors speaks to) is not available.&amp;nbsp; This is the single requirement for registration.&amp;nbsp; Please try an "SGX Factory Reset" in the BIOS.&amp;nbsp; This will generate new platform keys and, therefore, a new platform manifest.&amp;nbsp; This should allow you to register.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The BIOS version is the latest.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Tried initializing SGX by disabling SGX, booting the system, enabling SGX, and booting the system again.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It always prompts that registration cannot be completed.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;PCKIDRetrievalTool -url &lt;A href="https://localhost:8081" target="_blank"&gt;https://localhost:8081&lt;/A&gt; -use_secure_cert false Intel(R) Software Guard Extensions PCK Cert ID Retrieval Tool Version 1.21.100.3 Warning: platform manifest is not available or current platform is not multi-package platform.
