      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I am using the pcm-power tool to observe self-refresh counts.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I am confused between the difference between self-refresh cycles and self-refresh transitions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Can anyone please explain. Thanks&lt;/P&gt;
