Unable to load MacMSRDriver

Hi,

I'm trying to compile the Intel PCM v2.9 on a OS X Yosemite. The compilation of the MacMSRDriver completes successfully, unfortunately I cannot open the kernel module. I am getting the following error:

9/10/15 4:27:52.129 PM com.apple.kextd[48]: ERROR: invalid signature for com.intel.driver.PcmMsr, will not load

Any suggestions on what might be going wrong?

Is there any official answer to this issue? I am having the same problem with ppm V2.11 and Mac OS X 10.11.5 (El Capitan)

Because the driver (PcmMsr.kext) is not signed, it will not load due to System Integrity Protection (aka rootless) on OS X 10.11 and later. The only option to work around this issue is to disable System Integrity Protection, which requires booting to the recovery partition.
