    <description>Is there a list or a tool which can determine what prevents the processor from entering deeper package c-states despite core c states being deep enough.

I'm troubleshooting my desktop and comparing it with my laptop.  My desktop running a 6600k never enters deeper pcstates beyond C2 despite the cores spending 95% of the time in C7</description>
