topic AFREQ on Apollo Lake in Software Tuning, Performance Optimization & Platform Monitoring

PCM is dumps FREQ and AFREQ for Core i7. For APL N4200 it only dumps FREQ. Is it possible to dump AFREQ on N4200? FREQ rarely reaches nominal frequency, i.e., FREQ <= 1.0. How can we see if Core clock frequency is going to burst clock frequency of 2.5GHz or not?
