topic Does Intel PAL / MF work on Windows Server (2012) ? in Software Tuning, Performance Optimization & Platform Monitoring

Does "Intel Platform Analysis Lib / Metrics Framework" work on Windows Server (2012) ???

I am trying to create some software to monitor the load the Intel QuickSync based GPU accelerated MP4 transcoding applications are putting on the Intel HD/Iris GPU of my company's Intel E3 servers. The Intel based server systems that we are buying have E3 CPUs with HD or Iris GPUs, and we use these to do (QuickSync) GPU accelerated video transcoding. The issue that we have is that each GPU can only transcode a limited number of video streams (depending on GPU type), and I create software that tracks how heavily "loaded" the GPUs are.

Any suggestions?
