Hi!

Intel Extreme Tuning Utility ( https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24075/Intel-Extreme-Tuning-Utility-Intel-XTU- ) can control GPU clock rate on my laptop. I saved a screen ( https://i.imgur.com/yIdrkXw.jpg ), slider marked with red color. I would like to build that function into my own program at least for this one specific laptop.

Looking for advice about documentation to read, examples to check, or anything in advance.

Target os Windows 7 Ulti SP1 x64, target processor Intel Core i5-4210U ( https://ark.intel.com/products/81016/Intel-Core-i5-4210U-Processor-3M-Cache-up-to-2_70-GHz ) / built in Intel HD Graphics 4400.
