Need suggestions to upgrade performance

my laptop performing so slow. Iwant to get rid from it. Is there any way? My processor is Intel T6670 2.20 ghz ram 2Gb ddr3 800mhz. Can i replace my ram with 1600mhz 4GB ram? Is it will make any difference? Pls experts suggeat me

You need to contact you laptop manufacturer. Then, contact Microsoft for information on how to clean up your OS.

That processor was announced 1/1/2009 making it 11 years old.&nbsp
