I have tried to auth to... using my current intel id but I'm down to 4 from 10 logins due password failures. Can someone look to make sure this is connected properly?

I don't think this is anything to do with the connection. Please double chek the peripherals.

Make sure you are using the correct Intel ID and password.
Make sure you are logging in to the correct website.
Make sure you are not using a VPN or proxy server.
Try clearing your browser's cookies and cache.
Try logging in from a different device.
