&lt;P&gt;What are the license details for this MLC tool. Under which license category (GPL or MIT, ...etc), this MLC tool can be used.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;MLC is currently distributed under its own license, "&lt;SPAN&gt;Memory Latency Tool License Agreement v2022.04.27". The exact license is shown when you try to download the package at the end of the article.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
