Hello,

I have been having the ongoing issue for the last month or so where when i use the DSA update tool, i get the error that "sorry something went wrong while trying to scan" i have tried repairing the DSA as well as an uninstall and reinstall with the same issue. I have been able to update in the past, laptop is 4 months old and still for sale in the retailer which i bought it from. edge is on the latest version as is the OS, dsa is identifying that there are new updates available but when it launches on edge, i seem to be getting the same scan issue. is there something i have missed which is preventing this from working?

i look forward to hearing from you, and if you need system info to check what versions i am running then please let me know

many thanks

Ben
