Hello,

I am hoping someone has experience and can assist. I have a desktop that stopped connecting to EMA. Normally I have resolved this with choosing "Stop Managing this Endpoint" in the console and re-provisioning the device by running our setup powershell script.

For this one device in particular, our script returns that the endpoint is already provisioned and it does not show in our console. Is there a way to manually remove the old provisioning so that I can set it back up?

Thanks,

Andrew K
