Missing EMA Configuration Tool

Hello,

Now I'm trying to download EMA Configuration Tool from https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19805/30485/intel-endpoint-management-assistant-configuration-tool-intel-ema-configuration-tool.html

but an error (Access Denied?) returned in xml as attached.

Can you please fix the server?
