Hello
I need to deploy the intel vpro version 16 extension with OPTIPLEX AIO 7410 35W as my device.
I am installing intel ema and after trying to access the website interface I had the problem below (see screens).
And the launcher doesn’t work either.

Now I have this page that appears and each click directs me to an error or to a document that is in my computer.

Intel® EMA must be installed into Windows Server 2019 or 2022 in English only. The database must be created with SQL Enterprise 2017 or higher (SQL Express for testing purposes). Please review and make sure the Server OS, database, and IIS match the EMA requirements.

OS of the server machine:

Where are the EMA server and database installed?

Intel® EMA software version:

EMA logs from the Server

Default Path: [System drive]\Program File(x86)\Intel\Platform Manager\EmaLogs

Share the ones without the date

EMAlog-Webserver.txt,

EMAlog-Swarmserver.txt, and

EMAlog-Manageabilityserver.txt

Endpoint

OPTIPLEX AIO 7410

Send the Intel® EMA Configuration Tool (ECT) log

Installation:

Download and unzip the tool.

Double-click the .msi file and follow the prompts.

Run:

a-Open a command prompt as administrator (alternatively, you can run the tool from Windows PowerShell*).

b-Navigate to the installation folder (default C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\EMAConfigTool).

c-Run the command: EMAConfigTool.exe –verbose
