Garbled characters in IntelEMA's Terminal function

When accessing a Japanese terminal using IntelEMA's Terminal function, the characters are garbled as shown in the image below.

How can I avoid the garbled characters?

Greetings!

I wanted to inform you that Intel® EMA currently supports English only. The operating system must have the following settings for proper functionality:

Windows display language set to English (US)
System locale set to English (US)
Format set to English (US)
