ERROR en la instalación de EMA

Pues bien a la hora de ejecutar el instalador del EMA Server me da un error, el error es el abjuntado en la imagen.

He intentado dar permisos a la carpeta de wwwroot a todos los usuarios, desinstalar el ISS y volverlo a instalar, igual que con el SQL Server, he mirado muchos posts y posibles soluciones tanto el foro de intel como por internet y no hay manera. He visto por aquí que hay gente con el mismo error pero no se que solución les ha servido y si me valdrá a mi.

Currently, Intel® EMA does not provide internationalization support. The operating system needs to have English-US Windows display language, English-US system locale, and English-US format (match Windows display language).

Buenas he realizado la instalación con el sistema operativo en inglés de EE. UU., la configuración regional de sistema en inglés de EE. UU. y el formato en inglés de EE. UU. ,y los errores de ACL siguen mostrandose.
Me gustaría recibir una respuesta más especifica para aclarar este error que sigue persistiendose después de dos semanas de instalación sin éxito. Muchas gracias.

Confirmo que he seguido el manual y me sigue dando el mismo fallo de ACL (error en la imagen que pase en el primer mensaje)

Thank you for confirming the details requested, we see that you are installing windows 10, which is fine for the endpoint(Laptop)

However, the prerequisite for the Intel EMA server, is to install windows server 2019, 2022 or 2025, which are the server OS.

Kindly refer to the installation guide in the Intel EMA download link given below for the prerequisites and the steps to install the Intel EMA.
