I am unable to mount an image on any endpoint. Also having issues loading Hardware Manageability on all endpoints.

Thank you for sharing the screenshot. Based on the screenshot, we see that the endpoints are configured in ACM mode, and CIRA is not getting connected.

We would request you to go through the below article and keep us posted.

Intel® Endpoint Management Assistant (Intel® EMA) Issues Getting CIRA Connected – CIRA Not Connected

Additionally would request you to share us the ECT logs from the affected endpoint.

Intel® EMA Configuration Tool (ECT) Logs:

Download the tool from the following link: Intel® EMA Configuration Tool
Installation:

Download and unzip the tool.
Double-click the .msi file and follow the installation prompts.

Run the Tool:
a. Open a command prompt as an administrator (or use Windows PowerShell*).
b. Navigate to the installation folder (default: C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\EMAConfigTool).
c. Run the following command:
EMAConfigTool.exe --verbose
