The latest BIOS is available here: &lt;A href="http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=N&amp;amp;Inst=Yes&amp;amp;ProductID=2784&amp;amp;DwnldID=15268&amp;amp;strOSs=All&amp;amp;OSFullName=All%20Operating%20Systems&amp;amp;lang=eng"&gt;http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=N&amp;amp;Inst=Yes&amp;amp;ProductID=2784&amp;amp;DwnldID=15268&amp;amp;strOSs=All&amp;amp;OSFullName=All%20Operating%20Systems&amp;amp;lang=eng&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.  Navigate to "Intel Management Engine Configuration" in your ME/BIOS.  Ensure that "Turn on Intel Me in Sleep States" is set to "Always/Enabled".  If it is set to "Never/Disabled" then the ME will turn off when the PC enters a sleep state and you will not be able to power it up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;AMT hardware configuration&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CPU:E6550&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Motherboard:DQ35MPE, BIOS version:JOQ3510J.86A.0191.2007.0427.1530, 82566DM LAN &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i use intel amt dtk tools:Intel AMT Commander&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;command                   Success&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;power down                yes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Normal reboot            yes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;pwoer Up                     no(after send "Power down" command, ping Target  computer is not success)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In addition, AMT status indicator lights have been flickering &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Manual instructions AMT in the M1 state &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this why? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;M1 state what is the meaning?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
