This Intel(R) AMT device does not support Client Control mode.

Hello all,

I am facing a problem doing a host based configuration on some of our systems.

I am Using the acuconfig.exe utility to do a host based coniguration with a xml file.

I get an error log "Exit with code 30. Details: This Intel(R) AMT device does not support Client Control mode."

I performed a system discovery and found the entry "AMTControlMode" set to "None"

My qestion is how to set the AMTControlMode to "Client Control Mode" ?

I am Using A Lenovo Thinkpad X220 with newest AMT Verion 7.1.40 and most recent BIOS Version.

Could you run this amt diagnostics tool and post the results? /docs/DOC-5582 http://communities.intel.com/docs/DOC-5582
