topic VPRO and Computer Associates in Intel vPro® Platform

Good afternoon,

Do you know if CA has a product (ISV application) that works with the VPRO technology like SMS? We have contacted CA, and they say NO, but I am seeing a little evidence that maybe they may have something. Does CA have a product that you know of which has access to the vPro systems NVRAM space, therefore you can collect inventory data even when the vPro machines are turned off? The most important feature that my leadership wants is asset inventory.

Thanks,

David Wearp

mailto:Dave.Wearp@eds.com Dave.Wearp@eds.com or mailto:Wearpd@c-iv.org Wearpd@c-iv.org
