vpro problem - IDE-R in DQ45CB not working

I have INTEL DB DQ45CB and problem with VPro. each time i try to redirect CD by "Manageability Commander Tool", and boot from it i get "a bootable device has not been detected".

I've updated bios, and try to redirect to diffirent cd images or physical dvd drive. AMT is configured, and IDE-R, and SOL enabled. Strange thing is that redirect menu, "redirect active" is always turned on, and button is disabled (see picture).

Can enyone help me with this?

It looks like IDER might not be enabled. It can be disabled in several places. First enter MEBX (CTRL-P) on the client and insure SoL and IDER are enabled. Then when you access the client with Commander insure the that IDER is enabled. There will be a check box for this right next to the "Take Control" button.

Is the serial over lan feature working for you right now?

What version of Commander are you using?
