Do I really need to purchase a 3rd party external root CA certificates for RCFG and TLS?

Hi vPro Experts,

Just want to confirm the authenticity of the document located at:

Its seems like an extract from the Intel SDK 7. As per the above document, it states that there is not need to purchase a 3rd party external root CA certificates from SSL vendors. All the certficates required for RCFG and TLS communication can be generated, modified, used from Inetl AMT SDK 7 itself. Is this true?

Please confirm.
