topic DG45ID in Intel vPro® Platform

I installed IDT 92xx Audio Driver(14.38.10.5132) to hopefully eliminate the 'Sigmatel IDT' fault showing up every time I tried to shut down. But now it won't recognize my rear 5.1 speaker setup. No problem,I can deal with that later,I thought. Then I installed the Graphics Media Accelerator Driver for XP(6224 v1.78) and now on startup, my monitor goes to sleep (yellow light)! I can't get past the XP screen. I tried going into Bios and changing the hibernate/sleep mode but that hasn't helped.

Any ideas?...Please.....
