Installed PCI Modem (US Robotics and various others) would not accept incoming calls.

Installed USB Modem (US Robotics) works and then stops accepting incoming calls, have checked it in hyper terminal and dials out OK, sometimes if restart PC then it will accept incoming calls, but this is not consistant.

Motherboard has been replaced with same, Modems have been changed, have tried USB hub with no success.

Any comment or assistance would be greatful.
