      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Seismael,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;Thank you for posting in Intel Wired Ethernet Communities.  Please try shutting the interface down and loading the module: &lt;B&gt;ifconfig &lt;/B&gt; &lt;B&gt;down;&lt;/B&gt; then &lt;B&gt;modprobe -r ixgbe;&lt;/B&gt; followed by &lt;B&gt;modprobe ixgbe;&lt;/B&gt; and &lt;B&gt;ifconfig  up.  &lt;/B&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;If this does not work please post &lt;B&gt;ethtool -i &lt;/B&gt; output, and provide the product code from the adapter as seen in the following &lt;A href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000007060/network-and-i-o/ethernet-products.html"&gt;https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000007060/network-and-i-o/ethernet-products.html&lt;/A&gt; link.&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;Best regards,&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;Daniel D&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;Intel Customer Support&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;Agent under contract to Intel</description>

You might also find help from the product vendor.
