Hi Jose

thanks for your response. I'm trying to setup access for our desktop support engineers who don't have rights to the SCS console.

after adding some extra permissions in the groups realms i can now connect to a client in mesh commander however

when i try to remote desktop the KVM password prompt will only accept numbers and symbols and does not enter any letters when pressed on the keyboard?

the KVM password has been set per the requirements (exactly 8 characters ect.)

thanks

Ollie

after upgrading manageability commander from 1.8 to 2.0.216 the MC button in SCS 11.2 is greyed out and will not launch the manageability commander? also if i manually add a client in manageability commander i get this error when trying to connect "imcException - Timeout Error" to clients that were working fine in the previous version.

Hello Ollie-101,

Adding to my previous post: Intel® SCS 11.2 cannot launch Intel® MC 2.0. Intel MC 2.0 is compatible with Intel SCS 12.0, releasing later this month. Just a note that Mesh Commander is not a supported Intel product.

Jose A.
