Could you tell what is your purpose in order to get a 3rd party flash tool? If you need to update your system BIOS and/or Management Engine firmware please go to your system OEM and ask for the latest image available. It most likely will contain fixes for known vulnerabilities. 3rd party flash utilities as well as custom BIOS images will void your warranty and might render your system unusable.
