Hello guys, just want to say thanks for a great product. Its really helped our organization out tremendously.

Im having a bit of an issue, when provisioning im getting "Zero-Touch Hello message received, but no auth-cert matched hash" and the PC simply wont provision.

Unfortunately i dont even know where to start with this error, so Ive turned to the experts

Any thoughts?

Thanks,

Jonathan Cagle

Texas Womans University

jcagle@twu.edu

Jonathan,

Could you give us some additional details on your setup? What ISV and version of their software are you using? What are the make, model and firmware version of the client you are working with?

Have you purchased a certificate from one of the vendors that are included in the standard hash list of the device and installed it on your server? (Verisign, GoDaddy, Comodo, Starfield)

I will do that today and reply back with my findings.

Thanks for all the help.

-Jonathan Cagle

Texas Womans University

Denton, Texas
