topic GMS.LOG file using all disk space on several machines in Intel vPro® Platform

We have several machines in our environment that are starting to have "Disk Full" errors on their system drives due to the GMS.LOG file in the C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ directory growing unchecked. This logs can be in excess of 300 GB. Is there a fix for this issue. The issue spans different manufacturers and OS versions.
