Hi,

I have CPU with intel Core i7-10700 which support intel VPro.

But I can't identify whether it support AMT or not because the AMT port is not listed in the device manager.

Also when I download the Intel Management and Security Status it says that the service status information unavailable.

How can I know for sure that my hardware support it ?

Thanks before.

What motherboard? What chipset?

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Download, run, and save the results of this utility as a text file:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

Then ATTACH the text file using the instructions under the reply window ( Drag and drop here or browse files to attach ).

Doc (not an Intel employee or contractor)

well actually AMT is defined by your chipset or motherboard. So can you tell us which chip-set are you using

Al is correct. In order to have a vPro-ready system, you must have a vPro-ready processor AND a vPro-ready chipset. Only the Q chipsets are vPro-ready. Your system has a H chipset. This means that it is not vPro-ready and you consequently cannot use AMT.

Sorry,

Well, you would expect Acer to detail this in their specs, but noooo, that would be the right thing to do, not the Acer thing (can you tell I am not a fan?). I ended up looking at the specs detailed in various reviews. I finally found one (though I cannot remember where now) that said the chipset was H470.

You should be able to look this up by going into BIOS Setup.

Do you have a vPro-enabled processor combined with a vPro-enabled chipset? Only this combination - which requires a Q chipset (and NOT a Z, H or B chipset) - will support AMT.
